Longtime ApHC member Robert F. Allen, 74, passed away February
26, 2007 in Tampa, Florida. Bob was born and raised in New
York, where he owned and operated an apple farm and excavating
company, and relocated to Florida in 1972.
Bob was a member of several Regional Appaloosa
Horse Clubs in Florida and New York, and served as a judge
for multiple National and World Shows. He is survived by Shirley,
his wife of 50 years, and Beverly Jerzak, his sister.
Funeral services are planned for March 1,
2007 in Ocala, Florida. Memorial contributions can be made
to the Appaloosa Youth Foundation or a charity of your choice.
