The Appaloosa Horse Club proudly presents free screenings of the award winning short film , Trail End, starring Emmy-nominated actor Barry Corbin

The Appaloosa Horse Club will be hosting FREE screenings of the award winning short film, Trail End at the 2007 World Championship Appaloosa Show.

The film will be screened in the French Room at the Will Rogers Memorial Centre, Fort Worth Texas.

Screening Schedule:

  • October 31st 4 p.m.
  • November 1st 11 a.m., 1:15 p.m. & 7:30 p.m.
  • November 2nd 11 a.m., 2 p.m. & 4 p.m.
  • November 3rd 11 a.m. & 2 p.m.

Trail End follows the poignant story of an ailing man, Hank Crow, as he fulfills a promise to his late wife with the help of his best friend Chip -- an old Appaloosa. Having nearly completed a personal mission of riding every state with his loyal companion, Hank has saved his home state of Kansas for their last ride. Hank and Chip embark on their journey across the western Kansas plains, hoping to reach the trail end.

Trail End was shot entirely on location in Kansas. Locations include Lane County, Gypsum Hills, Lake Scott, Wichita, and the Kansas Nature Conservancy's Smoky Valley Ranch.
