The deceased Appaloosa or person would be recognized in the following ways: Naming rights to the selected class, class announcement, listing in the show sponsor section of the ApHC web site, half page ad in the World Spotlight, acknowledgement in the January issue of Appaloosa Journal and a beautiful plaque presented to the winner of the selected class. The ApHC is bringing you the second annual Stallion Service Auction at the 2009 World Championship Appaloosa Show! This year’s auction will include online real-time bidding for your chance to breed to a champion Appaloosa stallion.
Bidding begins Friday October 23, 2009, and ends January 1, 2010. You can cast your bid at the Internet café sponsored by myhorseforsale.com while at the show.

As a reminder, if you plan on attending the 2009 World Show, horses and non-pro exhibitors must be qualified by August 31, 2009. All regional show results and regional club nominations for horses in open classes are due by September 10, 2009. Following this deadline, invitations and premium books will be mailed to those who’ve qualified. The pre-entry and stall reservation deadline is September 25.

The 2009 Appaloosa National Championship Endurance Ride is scheduled for September 19, 2009. Its hosted by the Cracked OAATS Crunch Endurance Ride, and will be held at Cuyahoga Valley National Park near Cleveland, Ohio.
