Helping-Hand Award to board members

We want to acknowledge and offer sincere thanks to a number of ApHC directors who helped make the World Show a better-than-expected experience for lots of folks. Show Committee members and others provided cash for the daily ritual of coffee and donuts for exhibitors. Directors also gave generously to support the sale reception and the reception for our international guests. Beyond that, board members stepped in quickly when some of the international visitors found themselves “relieved” of their passports and travel money. The total contribution amounts to several thousand dollars. We appreciate all that these volunteer leaders do for the Appaloosa Horse Club. Thank you!

ApHC Transfer Sale—ENDS DEC. 31st!

The Appaloosa Horse Club (ApHC) is offering members a chance to catch up on those transfers of ownership that may be sitting with your Appaloosa's Certificate of Registration.

For a limited time, an Appaloosa can be transferred multiple times for a one-time fee of only $25 per horse. Normally, there is a $15 ApHC member fee every time the horse has changed hands—$80 for non-members. Complete and signed transfer forms for each previous owner are still needed, but with this limited-time offer it's an easy one-time $25 fee for ApHC members. Non-members can take advantage of the $25 transfer sale by joining ApHC for $55.

Don't miss out on your chance to save your hard-earned dollars and get your paper work in order! Send us as many transfers as you have, and for only $25 per horse, all transfers will be completed and the certificate will be sent back to the most current owner.

Please contact the Registration Department at (208) 882-5578 ext. 300 or www.appaloosa.com for additional information and forms.
