There are many things that can interfere with your computers ability to view a web broadcast. The following is a list of items to check if you are having problems viewing this broadcast.

1. If you are using any media player other than Windows Media Player you may not be able to view this broadcast. This video stream is designed to be viewed using Windows Media Player.

2. You may not be using the latest version of Windows Media Player. You can download the latest version of Windows Media Player from the following website.

3. If your computer is behind a firewall, or running personal firewall software it may be necessary to disable the firewall in order allow your PC to receive the broadcast.

4. Sometimes anti-virus software can interfere with your PC’s ability to view a broadcast. It may be necessary to disable your anti-virus software in order to view the broadcast.

5. If you are on a dial up connection the speed of your connection may be to slow to allow you to view the broadcast.

If you are still not able to view the broadcast after performing the above listed tasks please contact your internet service provider for assistance.
