Registration papers will be returned to consignor’s who bought their horses back once all payments are confirmed complete with auction management. This time-frame will vary based on each consignor but will take no less than 20 business days following the conclusion of the sale.

New owners will receive their registration paper work once all payments are confirmed complete with auction management and transfer reports are completed. This time-frame will take no less than 30 business days following the conclusion of the sale.

Consignors will receive payments once all payments are confirmed complete with auction management. Consignor checks will be mailed after the 20th business day following the sale, provided all buyer payments are completed successfully.
